Gang Green Ends Titans Perfect Season

Undefeated no more are the Tennessee Titans thanks to Leon Washington and the New York Jets.

The Jets proved to the world on Sunday that they are for real and are going to make a real push in the AFC.

The Jets out matched the Titans at every position from quarterback to defensive line. Calvin Pace was around Kerry Collins all game and the run game that Tennessee is known for was shut down thanks in large part to Kris Jenkins.

With this big win for the Jets they must gather a few things. The first being that they now know they are a complete 180 from the team they were last season. They move the ball and have a defense that can stop everything. They now know they can hang with anyone, who else is out there that is on the same caliber as the Titans? The Giants and the only way gang green faces big blue is in the Super Bowl.

Leon Washington has become such a weapon for the Jets that at any second he can blow up your team and won't look back....unless its to see how far ahead of the defense he is already. 2 touchdowns for Washington on Sunday further proved why this team would not be where they are today without him.

Although the Jets are not totally in the clear, the Patriots got revenge on the Dolphins for the wildcat game 1.0 with a big win as Randy Moss scored 3 touchdowns and Matt Cassell threw for 400 yards again. The Bills trampled the Chiefs putting over 50 on the scoreboard. That being said the Jets with the win today proved to be a force to be reckoned with in the league. Momentum is on their side now heading down the home stretch.

And for the record, yes I did pick the Jets to win today.

Somewhere Mercury Morris is laughing and sipping champagne.
