Marc Stein of ESPN has just reported that Dirk Nowitzki and owner Mark Cuban have agreed upon a 4 year deal that allows Dirk to continue his career in Dallas.
Sources say Dirk to get a guaranteed $80 million over next four seasons. He took less than max to give the Mavs financial cushion for more moves.
Certainly a great gesture on his part as he hopes the Mavs can add more pieces to the team and get the ring that was taken away from him in 2006.
