Green and Gold?

On Fathers Day, the Boston Celtics have a chance to finish off the Los Angeles Lakers and win the NBA Championship.

In a game that will forever be mentioned with the words choke, collapse, and come back, the air that was taken out of the Staples Center following game 4, might have been the last chance for the Lakers to breathe.

And with the 24 point lead that the boys of tinsel town blew, not to mention the 18 point lead at half time which they held, as their hopes went out the window so too did the Jordan-Kobe comparison. His Air-ness would have never let a lead like that get blown, Jordan has a killer instinct like none other on this planet, and Kobe failed in his attempt to give his team new life.

We have all heard that by now, ESPN, Sportscenter, sports talk radio, Kobe and Jordan can no longer be mentioned together. That is unless Kobe can do the impossible and bring the Lakers back and win the NBA championship. No team has ever came back to win a championship in the NBA after trailing 3-1.

The Big 3 for Boston have played their part and in game 4 they combined for 55 points and some stellar defense. Arguably all 3 of them can be picked as finals MVP. Ray Allen for his superb offense and stepping up in Pierce's absence. Garnett for his defense and quite abundance for points. And of course the man with all of Celtic Land on his shoulders, Paul Pierce has been the offensive juggernaut that has driven the Celtics to the place they are at now.

Can Kobe step up and force a game 6 back in Boston? or will Doc Rivers and company be having their own motion picture event in LA?

Can the Big 3, Garnett, Allen and Pierce finally get the rings that they set out for at seasons start? Will this be the start to another Boston Celtic dynasty? All these questions can be answered tonight. Who Wants It More?
